company’s employee total reward program supports the company’s strategy.
Choose the company of interest, and provide descriptive information about the company
before the analysis.
The assignment may be 6-8 pages in length with double-spaced in 12 font size. Please
include citations with APA style citation format if you use other sources. It includes but is
not limited to the following questions:

o Target Customers: Who is the target customer (individual/company) of the
company?
